Shipping & Return Policy

Please note due to Covid 19, your order may arrive later than expected. 

Once customer receives tracking information through shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you live in an apartment complex, we highly recommend you selecting "Priority Express Mail" as it includes Signature Confirmation by default. Claims for lost or stolen packages may be submitted through USPS.com or UPS.com as appropriate. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within the US over $100. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Please note, during high volume times, additional processing days may be required since pieces are handmade by the Mila Tayden Team.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International customers are responsible for shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout. Please allow 3-4 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Orders to Canada will take 2-3 weeks for delivery as per USPS International delivery times. We are not responsible for any custom fees inquired upon delivery. 

RETURNS: We hope you will love your pieces so much you won't want to! Each and every piece is handmade to order, therefore we DO NOT offer returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales are FINAL

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at milatayden@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number to include with your order. Please be sure to include that number with your return. We will not accept any returns without a RA number. Customer will be responsible for return shipping label.
